Time to make the promises to ourselves that we will actually keep – not those 25 pie-in-the-sky resolutions that you and I are never going to keep….but instead, the ones we will. The resolutions that make us just a little bit better as we mark another day in to the New Year.

Set a Sleep Routine – Who couldn’t benefit from a little more shut-eye? Even losing out on a couple of hours a week can affect your health and your productivity. Setting a regular bedtime and planning to get up at the same time allow your body to get in to a groove. Knowing what time you plan to wind down allows you to put away the devices and prepare yourself – whether that is with a cup of caffeine-free tea, a lavender spray or some light reading to settle your mind.
Make Breakfast a Priority – I’m most certainly not the first person to tell you that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but, friends….we simply can’t deny it. Getting a healthy, energized start is the key to an amazing, productive, motivated day. When your body has energy, when you fuel yourself, you are ready for anything.
